Around 1873, the defendant Scott was hired by the plaintiff Goris to transport a shipment of sheep by boat. However, during the voyage, the boat encountered a storm and the sheep were all swept off the boat and perished. As a result, the plaintiff Goris decided to sue the defendant, Scott for damages resulting from the loss of his sheep as well as reported negligence on the part of Scott for failing to properly place the animals in proper confinement pens

I'm not the most up to date with my lawyer speak, but I definitely we'll sit with this a little bit longer and consider how this could be applied to standard layman's terms and just general experiences that we come across in this lifetime. Pretty fascinating. And I feel like there's definitely a deeper, much deeper meaning here. Thank you
