So you need to sleep when you need to, and you need to study when you need to study. But do not sacrifice your sleep. Sleep is very important. Your brain needs the right amount of sleep for it to process what you have studied. All the best for your exams, but do not mess up your sleep schedule. Sleep well, eat well, study well and do well

This is something that took me way too long to actually realize. I just always kind of thought sleep, like, was just something I could do if I wanted. Like, I didn't think that it would actually affect me so much until I started getting proper sleep. And then I'd randomly have, like, those times where I'd pull it all night or for school, and then it would just be wear and tear on me. Like, I was just exhausted all the time
