I did some more digging on YouTube and I said you know what, I'm going to give it a try and it's been phenomenal. And on top of that I've added cold shower therapy and the level of clarity and alertness it adds to my day is there are no words. I highly recommend you type in YouTube if you already are not you might be already familiar with it
