The Silent Scream

Yet they push on in the hopes of brighter tomorrow, hoping that one day they will find peace and not just sorrow. For the struggles are real and the fears are so strong and their mental health is something that needs to be cherished and not wronged. So let us be there for them and lift them up high and show them love in a world where love is denied. For mental health is a battle that cannot be won alone

We don't understand that it is not what we do that brings success it is who we are brings success. I paraphrased it. This is actually written in the book Creative Visualization that our other friend Rajat, he suggested it to me and in that it was written that being, doing and having is the way

Excuse me for my language, but it's annoying others and it's difficult to handle mental health in such a scenario. And I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry for all of us who are dealing with this nonsense on a daily basis. I've read somewhere that Hamariya Honeyki, Sardi Chiso million Misse Ache chanse and we are wasting it away, running like lab rats, not able to follow our passion, not able to follow our dreams. Why?

Few people have a fear of not reaching the expectations that their parents have. So because of all these kinds of things, they are constantly under pressure and they really feel the burden on them. And apart from that, it's really really hard because lot of mental issues come and they really feel like there is no one with whom they can share their inner feelings. They can specify themselves. So it's really something which is very important and you have rightly pointed out on this World Mental Health Day

And this competition will never seem to end. So I'm so sorry that I'm a little emotional and I am replying late again. I'm really, really very sorry for that. But your poem has moved me so much that I can't really say much. Sir, I'm so sorry. I'm a little emotional right now. But thank you so much for this poem. And I'm looking forward to your next well. Take care. Best wishes and Radha Krishna Jamata

From the education from the schools to colleges, to graduation, post graduation, in further how things are taken into consideration when they get their first job. The entire ecosystem needs to be revamped. How a student needs to be transitioned from school to graduation to post graduation needs a lot of thought process. We cannot burden people just by our own aspirations. And when we speak of core values, fundamentals, I see it lacking in the corporate world

And I could not understand what has exactly happened. I could certainly understand that I've scored less marks. But failure, fail, what is fail? I did not comprehend the meaning. I did not understood the meaning third standard. And yes, it was third standard. And my mind was if somebody opens door, what if I get hurt? That was my first. But when I went back home, I asked my mother, where is the dictionary? Why you want a dictionary?

I would not do those mistakes or how they treated me. I would be as simple, as genuine as I can come across. And I would be very clear in my communication to my team. And when you speak about students exams, board exams in a previous swell to himanshi I just mentioned I failed the first time in the third standard. That has been a series that's a swell for some of the time. I'll definitely loop you into that. That's a fascinating story
