And it is important to pick up the organizational cultural sentiment so that you appear to be in sync and you need to be in sync. It's not just appearing to be one, you can't fake it and therefore the idea of being most adaptable. What I mean by that is if the previous generation functioned on the principle of survival of the fittest, this generation, probably the next one will have an additional task at hand
