Because one thing I had to learn the hard way was no matter how much I worried and how much I stressed, the situation wasn't going to change. And what I was doing in my physical body and my mental was not changing the situation either. Right. And so instead of worrying and stressing and putting myself in a place to become sorely, depressed, or practically mentally ill right. I would use distractions. Distractions taking your mind off of the problem for a while
