So last week we talked about how would you treat a friend. Today we're talking about self compassion and identifying when it hurts, understanding that it's a temporary situation, suffering is a part of life, and learning how to be kind to ourselves, that's so important. We can give ourselves the worst and most beautiful negative words in the world. I think I said negative and brutal. Hope I didn't say beautiful, but I do mean brutal. We can be so hard on ourselves
