Abandonment and Attachment

What you're trying to do is fully process it and understand the valuable lesson in each and every single one of these really terrible tragedies that happened to you in life and then being able to let go of the attachment to it where you're accepting that I have overly attached my self worth or my confidence or my love even to these external things, instead of giving that to myself. So that's the true grieving process that you're enduring are these really difficult attachments to things other than yourself

Got cut off there, but just to finish up by saying that abandonment is always in conjunction with attachment issues. So if you're able to really understand what the core root is of your abandonment, of the feeling that you're experiencing right now, whether that's deep grief, sadness, loneliness, despair, hopelessness, and getting to the core or wounding issue of that it's an abandonment that you've overly attached yourself to these things and lost the sense of yourself

I think it starts with acknowledging it and talking about it openly as with any mental health or dealing with trauma type thing yeah, and subtle little changes and keeping it in mind and thinking about it and talking about it, that's what makes a difference and it's little by little and I think I get easily frustrated

Not overly attaching that you're the caregiver, the take care person that has to save them from themselves type of s***, but saving yourself first and foremost
