I say don't, because we all get in our head probably more than we'd like to, but on our birthday, I think it's even more so because it's all reflection and it's year after year after year and especially when people remind us of this stuff, like, remember this birthday, remember this. And I think the best way to look at it is reflect. Be grateful

Happy birthday. Theo. I love a good birthday reflection, and I really, really enjoyed yours. My grandfather, before he passed, always used to say people would ask him how he felt on his birthday, and he said, It's better than the alternative. So, yeah, I side with him. Yeah, birthdays are kind of weird, especially for me or those who have birthdays near or on holidays. Mine is theo day after Christmas, and I always felt that kind of weird. You know, there were a lot of people my parents were really good about it, but there were a lot of people who kind of did the two for one
