Puffing on a Cigarette

article image placeholderUploaded by @thatjoemad
Moves from outside to in, puffing on a cigarette to pulling on a tin. Canned vaping is now in sucking $10 a day down, calling it a win. Falls asleep. It clutched tight and right hand left a phone off. The charge is going dead. Not judging, just noticing the vice of another. I got mine. We've got each other. I charge her when she's dead. I wish always I had her in my bed. She's comfy her energy, sustains reality

Hey, I love this short but powerful and profound poem. Thanks for sharing it. I definitely felt into the sensations of the longing and the comfort of her that you speak of. And of course, I perceived different styles and versions of her, but I'll leave that to selfinterpretation and not try to taint it for other listeners out there. So thanks for sharing this. Please keep these fun, deep, well spoken poems coming our way
