There is a distinction again, drawn between physical privacy and mental privacy. In that context, there is a right to privacy of prisoners and their spouses. What that right states is that every prisoner should be able to have some alone time with their spouses because it's only in human nature. The prisoner should be allowed to hold hands with the wife or to hug the wife because emotions can lead to physical expression

Because the minute they just want an excuse to go out of the jail, right? And even if we were to sanction a law wherein we would allow the prisoners to spend time with their spouses in a setting that is outside of the jail, then again, we would have to ensure, we would have to keep police forces or security and see as to how that entire process would go about
