Super Bowl 2024 Commercials: The Good, The Bad, and The WTF?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Taylor
I loved both of know I'm not necessarily swayed by nostalgia when it comes to Super bowl commercials, but those two I just really did like. I thought that they were funny and come on, Arnold. I mean, who doesn't love Arnold? There were some commercials that I just thought did not land very well. A couple of the big corporate ones, namely Snapchat. I thought it was a very bizarre take on social media

CeraVe

I still think very heavy on the celebrities, but I think they are getting a little bit more creative. I thought the Christopher Walken commercial was pretty creative and funny, but still a little too heavy on the celebrities here. But I don't know that we're going to stop that trend

Strange times

I might be wrong, but a very weird decision. I also didn't like the Jesus ad. I thought, like everyone has been saying, you spent millions of dollars to have an ad for religion when that could have gone to the needy that you claim you want to help. Just a very strange ad, period. Now, I think, for one, we've gotten to the point where we're overexposed to celebrity culture

Best SB ad: Good neighbor https://s.swell.life/SU4gPLowzvmTfdb

The good neighbor State Farm commercial was my favorite one with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The Jesus gets us one was okay. I'm fine with it. I didn't have any issues with it. The commercial that I least like was the Timmu ones because they kept showing that after about every other commercial break, they had to have shown it at least five times
