What is going on with talk show hosts in the US?

Now, if we want to play a little bit of devil's advocate here, maybe a case can be made that there actually is something to working on a talk show and being the host of a talk show that leads to a more, I guess, demanding or stressful work environment in general and can certainly make the host probably act out in the sense that I'm not sure if a lot of you are familiar with this, but the filming schedule for talk shows is remarkably rigorous

That's our perception, and that's what sells the show, really. And when that doesn't happen, it kind of shocks us. And this news is pretty shocking, just as the other two were for me. But I have been thinking about it, and I do think you're hitting the nail on the head. I think it is a lot of pressure, and that pressure comes in three forms that I see. One is the pressure of putting together a good show

And I think now in an era of social media, unfortunately, it is a bit of a firestorm where there is a lot of misinformation and lies and things spread but there is a lot of grains of truth and a lot of outright troops being told about people in environments that were otherwise almost sacredly, covered up so we wouldn't really know what was going on or what type of culture. These talk shows, movie projects instilled separate from the talk know, think about Shelley Duvall
