Inauguration Day: January 20th, 2021
It's going to be an interesting day of news coverage, something that none of us have ever seen in our lifetime inauguration, with pretty much none of the public allowed to attend. We'll see it's going to be history in the making, and I'm curious to know what everybody thinks of the day on the day and looking forward to hearing about it. Bye
So I just turned on the inauguration, and one thing immediately jumped off the screen. To me, the crowd is incredibly diverse. The people in attendance come from various walks of life. I think that that's an incredible, incredibly important thing to see on this day. We all remember years ago when Trump was inaugurated, and I think I'm speaking for myself here. The crowd did not represent the American public. It represented the elite in America, the handful that control the many
Another observation of the day is mask usage. It's a thing people actually know how to use masks. I was worried for a second. I thought that all government officials didn't know how masks work up until today. But but I've been proved wrong now. Joking aside, it is so nice to see such a large group of people that are all taking each other's health and safety seriously. It's not a hard ask
