Legislation to legalize certain psychadelics in California has been passed
So Senate Bill 58 will now move to the Assembly Appropriations Committee and then with the passage there, it would go to the full assembly for the vote. This is a really remarkable bit of news and as Senator Scott Weiner who proposed the bill, has said many times, these substances do have a remarkable amount of healing potential and there is a ton of research to suggest that that potential is still quite unknown
