when relationships end... do you care?? karma.. grief.. reconciling..move on.. wallow in it?? learn the lesson...
I'm just curious because I'm working on myself in therapy, working to better relationships and how I handle relationships in the future and the ones that I have to be able to maintain them. But I just often think about my relationships that didn't work, whether it be male or female, of course the part that I played in it

Family relationships we deal with in our lifetime is meant to help us learn more about ourselves and to heal either past traumas or current traumas, and also to help us evolve as a person. And so your need for this validation from them, it's not a bad thing, but it points to maybe something that you're not giving yourself

So if you're open to give me the information or help me with it or share the information with me so I can find it, to work on it, I'm open to it. But again, I have struggled with facing certain things, I guess, as we all do. And I just have my moments where when things happen in people's lives or if I have the time to

Listing what the other person did wrong and how they offended you and how they hurt you and how they mistreated you, that's not going to help you to move on, right. But understanding what you did right and what you did wrong will help you to move on also when you're always seeking to find out why relationship ended, I know in my dating life, right?

That right there, that just slapped me upside my face, making sure that I'm a whole person going into a relationship. Because if I'm going into a relationship looking for somebody else to make me happy, then when the relationship ends, yeah, it's going to be devastating to me

Can I just tell you that part one part two was a word? You better just preach my sister and encourage me tonight. I really appreciate that. Thank you

So kudos to you. And I'm going to tell you, the people in your life that are in your life now are very blessed to have you in theirs. Focus on them, love them, and move on in a healthy way. And, girl, you're going to be okay. I promise

We never have to worry about seeing each other again. And this was long before social media, even before cell phone. So I did try to reach out to her once afterwards, and it just was not really we really never really truly reconnected at all. Never. And it's unfortunate. In fact, she became friends with one of my other really good friends from school
