It's believed that engaging with new sights and sounds help tire your gray matter so you sleep better at night. Last, but not the least, beware of nap tracks. If you feel tired, a quick power nap can boost your alertness. But don't nap for more than 20 minutes and no later than mid afternoon so that it doesn't impact your night's rest. Avoid early evening nap tracks. Stand up on your commute home or get up to do the dishes if you are likely to noddle
