Midlife Crisis in women

article image placeholderUploaded by @TanyaMehra
Along with this they start getting overwhelmed with their caregiving roles and also with their careers. Sometimes women also feel distressed due to their children living their own lives away from them. All this make them reflect about their life and they start feeling that they haven't lived up to their potential. This makes them very distressed and irritable. They are not able to sleep due to restlessness and also they become very withdrawn

Hello Tanya. This swell about midlife crisis in women. I think this is very common. We can see this thing in our families with our mother, grandma I don't think it goes to grandma but they would have faced that. They would have crossed the face. But they are not aware of this fact, right? They are not aware such thing as there. So I think more awareness on this issue should be spread among the people and especially in Indian families. Women are often not treated properly

And then the social responsibilities of always being that prim and proper women in front of all of society, in front of the household, say, having that sense of presentability in front of the family and also dual responsibilities both of the workplace, if they are working women, and also of the household. And then the stigma of what do you do at home? All of it adds up to, obviously, the situation of overburdening, of exhaustion, of burnout
