And this can make them trapped in the cycle of depression. This FOMO can make them vulnerable to peer pressure. The way in which FOMO can be avoided is by turning away from social media after every time interval and spending more time with our loved ones. Also, we can avoid this feeling by practicing meditation and writing a journal. Thank you

And I want to add one thing that in today's world, people were not happy to see others happy. They feel jealous that they don't have that type of opportunity, what other person has. So yeah, it's all about FOMO. As you said that. And ah as you said that, it leads to formal, leads to many, many kind of problems like sleeping issues, fatigue, amount of stress, depression and et cetera
