And there is a physiological science in terms of the different transitioning from childhood to young adulthood and the different changes that take place in the brain and how these affect behaviors with young people and how the different environmental convergent and divergent factors situation, you know, in in their direct environment and how they interact with their environment can also impact their development. And so that is the science of youth development. And having done youth development now for 20 years, I can tell you the science. Youth development is sound

So the youth worker in that space is more of a practitioner, development practitioner. And we made efforts when developing the degree program in Jamaica and the Caribbean to make sure that the skill sets that that practitioner would get would position them to integrate into policy, program development, not just service delivery, delivering. A program, but actually being able to monitor, to implement and implement programs and be able to be a part of a bigger development process. And so we see the differences
I think it's super special whenever you do anything in life and it completely transforms your existence when it becomes such a staple of who you are and what you want to be. Just being receptive to those kind of changes in life is worth talking about, let alone what it is that transformed you. I think that's just as important because so many people just are looking for their thing and I believe that there's so much value in service to others and just helping others
