I've been involved in developing and delivering training for staff, working in detention, security staff and other staff, teachers, teachers in formal school settings, teachers in alternative school settings, paramilitary people, soldiers. Just a wide cross section. Community based leaders, community based youth leaders, youth leaders in school, youth leaders. A wide variety of people I have engaged with in terms of youth development, work, training. Why?
