I feel in a lot of areas, I've seen this case in a lot of places where the woman is just favored because she's a woman. Why? In the name of women empowerment? No, that's not what we want. We want you to judge us equally based on our performance, our skills, and keep everything like gender and race and nationality and all those indirect parameters aside, it's as simple as that. Think of us as humans
They'll save quite a lot of money through that. I think that's one of the dirty reasons where companies hire women when they are equally performing with men. Okay. That's just another point I just had to make, which is not actually regarding this, I totally agree with the fact that actual feminists like you who want equal app opportunities and not the special, what do you say, special reservation kind of thing, just because they are women

I do agree with the point that you have exactly mentioned in the name of women empowerment, in the name of few other things. There are situations where here people think women are able to get such positions or they are able to get some benefits only because they are women. So I don't think it's right. Wherever we go, it's a talent that matters. But in some situations, most of the time people are in the wrong ideology that since she's a woman, she get opportunities
