Do you know who you are? | Episode 4 Time of Solitude

Well, a lot of my friends or people that know me as acquaintances will kind of feel sad because they're like, oh, you're alone and you're living day by day routine. But I feel like society kind of like, sets us up where when you break up from a relationship, they kind of expect you to bounce back and start get yourself involved in another relationship

I often tell my sister she has three beautiful children and a husband, and everybody is just like they're distant from her. And she couldn't figure out why because you mean. But no, all seriousness, it's like because there's something it's like you push people away, maybe intentionally or unintentionally. I don't I don't know. Again, like I said, sometimes people are alone by choice, and they're, like, in a cocoon

And what has prompted me to be alone by choice is not because of bitterness or whatnot. It's just not trying to be forced into a relationship already seeing certain things that are warning or caution. So I think being alone by choice is pretty much tied with emotional intelligence for me, knowing that I'm happy by myself, my life is already full, I'm already complete, and that the moment of solitude in my life will not be eternal, it will not be something permanent

I'm not dealing with that, or everybody's going to be like this, or this person is going to be like that. I just didn't take the time out for myself. So once I finally decided to take the time out, to be alone, not to be with nobody, just speak to myself, learn who I am, learn what I like, learn what I don't like, et cetera
