Whether you chose to leave a relationship that was bad for you or you had a terrible breakup or whether you lost a spouse, whatever the case is, if the relationship was not good for you and you chose out give yourself grace. Singleness is not bad. There's people that choose to be single because they're not going to be in the company of somebody that treats them mad or toxic towards them. They chose peace over company. Give yourself grace. You are a healthy human being, right?
