Are you eating regular meals according to your eating habits? Are you nourishing your body? That is a temple that you need to take care of. Did you shower today? Did you practice your hygiene routine, whatever that may be that is tailored for you? Have you been comparing yourself to others in real life, to other people's? Highlight real? Let's understand that you are beautifully unique and there's no need to compare yourself to others

Hey. Oh. Thank you for this check in and this check up. And I love your list. And there's such a tie between the mental and the physical. Obviously, I took a flight this morning, and it was like a five hour flight, and I really couldn't do much physically, and I was doing a lot mentally. But I definitely appreciate the check in. And I'm doing okay. And it's a daily, daily reminder, which is always helpful

They've always called me flock or whatever, but I eat a lot. My metabolism is, like, very fast. I just munch a lot, and I smoke pot a long time, so I would just munch, munch, munch, eat. Always stayed skinny. And then because of the situations over the past two years with the quarantine and pandemic and just things I had to endure, lost a lot of weight to wrap this up. Now

Just like, same thing with mental health because people are affected differently. But yeah, as you're reading your questions for the checklist and everything, I'm like these are things that I do as part of my morning routine. It's almost in order. Almost in order.
