And then she howling and shouting and putting up the things like that and a couple of minutes later she would come and she would regret I'm sorry. I'm sorry. So this sorry is completely guilt ridden. And when I sit today and I just try to process this entire behavior I get to know it's not her fault. It's the trauma which is stored in her. It is that pain. Oh my God. If I will not react in a particular way I will lose some people

Minuman Namaste so beautifully you have explained the three words I am sorry and you advised how in what way we should use them and where we should not use them. So, so listening it, I am feeling very happy. Keep making these kind of swells. Definitely they will bring a great change in the attitude of people and they will empower them. So all kind of aspects you have explained in this swelpcast and great. It was one of the best podcast I have ever listened

That would serve the purpose. Or sometimes not sometimes, but most of the time we tend to say sorry because we don't want to upset others and probably in this practice of doing so, we hurt ourselves a lot. This is what I tried to convey. Surely I'll keep on making more of such well podcasts where I would be just interacting with people about day to day things which we should do and we don't do. And the praises like this is what motivates me
