I don't need an alarm clock now though we all are in habit of putting the alarm so that someday I may not miss. But I get up like my body wakes me up between 330 to 04:00 a.m.. And the very first thing which I do, and for ensuring that I get up early in the morning, or I get up on time in the morning, I ensure to disconnect myself from all the kind of chaos at the night. An hour prior to my sleep

In MNC company, people work in shifts. So it's like quite that difficult for them to not wake up in the morning like 330 or four, maybe five, maybe six. So if I have a fixed work timing, that too as per the nature I can do all these things. But like I mentioned that nowadays MNC companies are working in the shift they work in 47 involvement

Hello. Thank you Mino for this beautiful podcast and I can so very well relate to this because it looks like as if you written this for me. You know, I also wake up at that time 334 in the morning and yes, that is a Brahm Mahurath as it is called. And it is that time, you know, when you are probably in tune with the God and your thoughts are absolutely out of the box

It's very important that we go in for a kind of that mental detox and we keep ourselves at a bay from all these gadgets and all or any kind of negative thoughts in the morning. Although it's not possible for me to get up so very early morning during that Brahmud, like you talked about, early morning, those hours around four
