The Tragedy Of Long COVID - Fatigue, depression and beyond!

article image placeholderUploaded by @taha_oracle
Epigenetics has taught us that one can switch off certain parts of DNA that control the nervous system or the immune system, or other vital parts that help us thrive or live a high quality life. And once we are in a state of shutdown, we experience premature aging and it leads towards early death. Now, this post is not meant to scare you, but to create awareness that if you are experienced facing mental health problems or physical fatigue, there's nothing to worry about

I get like man flu, if you are familiar with that term. So if I fall sick, I'm not one who can be even taken care of. Like it's that gross. And when I got covered, I literally gave up. I was so sure on, I think the 6th or fifth day of my COVID that I was not going to make it because I had 105 fever and the medicines were not doing anything

And that becomes a lifestyle because people who live in cities are exposed to so much pollution and radiations, things we can't see, but there's also a lot of negativity around and it's very important to keep our vibration high. And obviously a doctor won't be telling this. They usually keep quiet and just prescribe medicine or test, which is how they are trained, I guess

But I think my anxiety was really triggered by the fact that a lot of people really close to me were infected by the same strain during that time too. So every phone call was like I still remember whenever my phone would ring, I just had this pang of panic, which is, well, we were getting some terrible news all around and I'm just glad that they survived. I survived. But yes, it definitely made my allergies a lot more worse

Hi Aishani. Thank you so much for your response and I'm so glad that you recovered, although it was a very painful experience for you. But it shows that you are really brave and strong, that you failed and you lost a lot of time that was consumed in the process of healing. But eventually I'm sure you got up with that and now you are back to your natural, healthy self and I'm sure and I pray that your allergies go away. It really shocked the whole world

Hey, thank you so much for such kind words. Means a lot, really. And yes, I agree that the media was constantly sensationalizing the entire thing. And yeah, that definitely added to the panic because it could have been handled in a lot more calmer way, I think, if we weren't constantly being it was breaking news, breaking news all the time, right? So, yes

@Aishani

Yeah, I agree that hopefully it won't be the same. And I feel that most people have become mentally immune since they have gone through that experience. So God forbid, if something does happen in the future, then we won't suffer as much as we did in the past
