And people are seeking experiences or want to escape from this reality which has become a burden for them and want to experience infinite bliss which often leads to a crash and turns into psychosis, depression or paranoia because once the bubble has been burst, they are unable to face the reality. Hi. First of all, enlightenment to me personally is when I will be able to give up, particularly give up the desire of achieving something in my life, achieving anything more in my life. Because right now we are all in this rat race, so called, and we have this intense desire to get everything we want. If someone is able to avoid that desire, then good for them. But most of all are just running for that thing which we are seeking. And to each his own

And because one has to sacrifice their own needs, their own desires and live selflessly, which is basically what being human is, the humility, not false postures or rituals or showing that you're going to some pilgrimage. It's the intent and action that counts. And most people, they don't reveal themselves. That's their simplicity, how they live a normal life like an ordinary man
