Clarity of feelings and Hypochondria

So this is what I'm trying to explain here. Of course, if you are an expert, please do give me feedback. I would love to hear from you. I'm not claiming to be a mental health professional here. I'm just sharing my views and it would be great to hear from you all. So yes, try to give time to yourself. If you're feeling overwhelmed because of something, have clarity. That can only happen when your mind is still

Talking to a professional, getting therapy for it will. Because it's not just talking when you're in therapy, right, they give you certain exercises to do. They give you certain coping mechanisms, coping strategies to follow, and if you need medication, you get it. So that is ultimately what, self care. It not just talking or venting. It can help to a certain extent, but it can't cure you. So those are my two cent on this, but great, swell

Thank you Esha, for your input and it's such a pleasure to get a feedback from someone who's not only professor but also concerned about every individual who's going through pain, suffering in silence. And yes, I can understand when you mentioned that people misuse the word depression or the word depressed just like we use stress a lot or we tend to use the word love or God

And that is why when people look at these self diagnosed individuals, they feel like, okay, well, mental health is nothing. These people are fine. And if this is what depression is, or if this is what anxiety is, then everybody has it. Everybody has it. Which is true, because these people are not depressed or anxious. These people are suffering from normal emotions and calling it depression or anxiety or something else like, I'm bipolar
