And so some people, foreigners came to India, and some Indians went over there or traveled around the world. And Yuji Krishnamurti was one of those influential people. So his life was obviously not a typical one. He had a great personality. He was a tall man with a lot of vigor and charm. He was quite educated, but he was a very impulsive person and had his own mood strings. And in his early 30s, he went through this spiritual awakening

Continuing my conversation. He was a very straightforward man. And if you go on YouTube and, you know, watch his videos, his lectures and all that or read his book books or anything you find on the internet, you will understand what I'm trying to say. And I'm sharing all these things because although apart of me may believe that he was quite eccentric man and I may not agree with everything he has to say, but at the same time I relate to him

If you follow Uji Krishna Murti or have read about him and would like to share something, I welcome you all with an open heart and it would be an honor to learn from you all and discuss something and have an intellectually simulating conversation. So I was saying that Yuji Krishnamurti was part of that dream of India and he had those elitist followers, the hippie, all those people who just didn't fit in and wanted to be liberated from this chaotic life

And he, I believe, couldn't actually live a normal life when he was in his middle age. He was quite active before that and he remained isolated. It's not like he always needed somebody with him, but because, you know, his personality was as such that he would want to try to do things on his own. But somewhere he was dependent as well. And his wife was a great support, was a foreigner, and she really loved him because nobody else could handle that person

And I can completely understand that, you know, because there are times when I feel like that. Usually you see people, they try to take advantage of people following them, and they start a dogma out of it, and they can exploit that easily. It's just like Osho did. And everybody has their own way of seeing things, and sometimes it works for them, sometimes it doesn't. But yeah

It's very important to draw a line that just giving a disclaimer to people. If you have listened to this whole swell cast that it's good to it's one thing to romanticize a certain spiritual teacher or guru or philosopher, and it's another to follow them. You need to understand that that person's life was unique, different, and following them is a completely different thing. So don't try to imitate anybody. Try to find your own answers
