It's a combination set of a close grip press to a dumbbell pull over, finish off ten to 15 reps. And the moment you're done, you're going to end the workout with holding the dumbbells upwards, straight, opposite to your chest level, doing the crunches, raising your shoulders up and down, feeling the upper abdominal muscles. That's how the warmer drill is going to be. Perform it twice before you start the workout
