Eat the frog concept

article image placeholderUploaded by @Swatiselflove
We need to identify beforehand what we need to be doing, what kind of task, what kind of activities we need to be looking forward to in the entire day. This is like you are preparing yourself mentally, physically and psychologically for the upcoming events. So this is something very important. And people often fall behind in their life and they are not being so successful because they lack motivation

You need to be eating right, you need to be exercising, you need to be doing regular visits with your doctor to see that you are not developing any kind of disease. So that's really important. So in a way, this Eat the Frog concept talks more about how important priorities are in life because every individual is going to have different priority set of priorities. No two individuals can be the same, they cannot have the same kind of priorities

Hi, Swati. Thank you so much for this wonderful swell. I have never been or I didn't know about this concept eat the frog before. But after listening to a swell, I could understand what this concept is all about. As you said, when we ask someone, what is that which you would like to change? Most of the people answer would be procrastination. Because of that habit of procrastinating things we miss a lot, we will not be able to do certain things on time

Yeah. Hi, sweetie. Swati. Sorry, swati a very good evening. I've got into this very cast after almost three months, but nonetheless, I opened your Eat that frog. Because if you read the sequel of books on eat that frog yeah, it talks about prioritizing and whatever, you have spoken beautifully, nicely contemplated and tabulated in quite a great form. But however, eat that frog means the frog is very ugly

I love the way how Brian Tracy has placed it. Eat the biggest frog first, eat the biggest piece of cake first. Do the thing that is the most difficult one first. And then when you have been able to tackle with the most difficult tasks first, then these smaller things automatically fall into place. And I also recollect, having read that, about the priorities in life that you have spoken about. Yes, it is very important

I do that for everything, even for running errands. But when you said that postponing exercise and eating that one last piece of cake and trust me, okay, so I had decided a few days back that I'm going to exercise every day. And I was doing it, but today I was feeling like, okay, maybe I can skip it for a day. And you I quickly sat on my cycle and so I'm exercising while I'm recording this. So thanks a lot for posting that

Tracy, in his books of the sequels of Procrastination, says that whenever you have the most difficult which you just don't want to do that task. Do that first and foremost. Go ahead. Just an example. Sorry, don't take me personal. That do that. Most difficult, most horrendous, most ugly dust right now. Have a nice day
