But you focus more on changing your inner side, your inner world. You start working on improvising whatever strengths are present with you and you start working harder on weaknesses so that you can see yourself grow from being nothing to something that is to be called self improvement. So there is something to be called self care, where you start caring more about yourself, your emotional health, your mental health, your physical health

And however busy you are still, you need to sort out, you need to find some time to learn your things, to overcome your weakness, to improve from nothing to something.
