Is it important that only a person of high credentials can motivate you
How many of you would really agree with me. And how many of you are of the opinion that you need to be a person of high value, of great birth if you want to achieve any kind of success? If you can't really be motivating anyone around you if you haven't been a successful person, please do reply me. I would love to hear from you people. Thank you so much

In some cases it is good, but in max of the cases, I can say that when you have the guts to have hard work in your life and if you wish to get success in your life, then it's you who can motivate yourself and it's you who can work hard to get it. So it's all about the self confidence, the self love and self care. Thank you
I have a little library of mine at home but this is one author that I don't have a single book from because I just don't connect with his perspectives and his mindset. So there we are aligned once again. Thank you so much for the question by the way. It's beautiful take care. Bye

Now, of course, those certifications, those degrees and things like that will open doors for you. They'll get people's attention because they'll see that you took the time to study in your field. They'll see that you took the time to put in some work to grow in your particular field. But again, that's not a determinant that you're going to give the best advice because you have all this schooling and all of this training

Let me do the same. Sometimes it's observational motivation, not direct motivation, direct motivation. A lot of people like, oh, you motivated me and Dr. So and so with all these little credentials. All and good, all and good. But you could be motivated like I was by the cleaner in my hospital

You. Good afternoon. Swell podcasters, swell generators and swell listeners. I would like to reply by saying that high credentials are important. But what's more important is selfrespect and integrity. Knowing that you are honest and open when you approach any type of situation that comes your way. And when people see that you can handle all types of situations, they tend to respect you more. And that goes along with the credentials that you've worked so hard to achieve and attain

And they have and had so much wisdom to give because of life. And not only that, I think that a person on the street can give you some wisdom. They could give you some words to live by. So I think that comes from and can come from any direction or anyone. And I definitely wouldn't discriminate unless there was a need for someone with those type of credentials, because sometimes we may need some information that's not coming from someone's past experience
