Overthinking is destroying your mental health

article image placeholderUploaded by @Swatiselflove
It can do a whole lot of disservice to our brain, to our mental health, it can lead to depression, anxiety reactions, post traumatic stress disorder, it can bring panic attacks in us, it can start negatively influencing our interpersonal relationship. So one should always avoid doing overthinking indulging into overthinking. Overthinking acts like a kind of a drug and we feel like we can't have any escape from it. We get so used to it, we start finding some kind of pleasure in it

We all are victims & survivors of "Overthinking". We all must practice to speak it out and share our thoughts with known or random people. #speakitout

And there you get a chance to openly talk and fearlessly share their thoughts. Especially when you talk about during the COVID session, right? Or maybe whatever happened, people were struggling so hard and they can't even go outside to meet or interact with their loved ones or with some other people. Lot of people started with these campaigns. I myself started with a campaign called Ear to Hear, right? Where random groups of people were joined on some different applications, or friends or friends were joining

So it's really important that you have someone around you who is all ears to you. I just love listening about this support groups kind of thing. And support groups really help you somewhere in eliminating your level of anxiety stress to a bigger extent. I completely agree with that. And you talked about cluttering and decluttering. That was an amazing concept. Because cluttering and decluttering can take place only when we are practicing self awareness. That becomes very important. That when we are practicing mindfulness

Ma'am, the topic which you have chosen for discussing is really an important and deep one because it is something which really never ends. As we think that we have taken counseling, we have gone through a lot of therapies and we have also gone through a lot of learnings regarding this. But I think it is something which really comes, again and again, our mind, which really never ends. But I think this is such a good one. You have really posted a nice one
