Hello. Thank you Swati for this beautiful swell. In fact, you saved a lot of my time because I was planning to make a post on this very topic and especially on the lack of vitamin D and b twelve which lead to depression. And that has been covered in this so beautifully. Thank you so much for sharing this

Thank you so much Ranjana for finding this pose so very useful, so very helpful. And I'm glad to learn that you also wanted to make similar kind of pose. I'm sure you must be having a better piece of information than what I have presented over here. And you can always surely go ahead with your pose. I would love to know some more about what could be the other causes and symptom terms of depression. All the best. Bye

You. Thank you Swati. You're always so kind. And I actually wanted to talk about the lack of vitamin D and B twelve specifically because a lot of people don't realize that it is the lack of these vitamins which is causing their depression and they just feel anxious, depressed and restless and don't really know what to do about it. Can look at some other causes, they look at the causes that are outside rather than reflecting on these deficiencies
