How not to take things personally

So you must remember that you have to deliver your best to whatever you are pursuing in your life, whatever profession you are taking, whatever interpersonal relationships that you are building around you, they must be pretty healthy. They should be supporting you in your endeavors. And you shouldn't really be surrounded by people who are always being highly toxic and they are always belittling you. They are trying to demean your position. You have to be very watchful of what kind of company you have around you

You. Thank you for this topic. How not to take things personally. This is a topic that is very close to my belief system and resonates with me. I feel that in this world, people will speak as they wish. They will comment on the others. They will try to pull down people, they will to give opinions which they feel is right for them and it is just their character. But each one of us is separate. We are independent. We are not connected to their identity

And today I'm going to respect myself. I think if I respect myself, I would be like you said, not let others encroach on that peace, the respect, the importance I give myself. I'm going to be a happy person. Happier person. End of the day. Thank you so much again, and have a great day. Bye

You are absolutely right. Until we allow anyone, nobody can make us sad. And people are there who get offended very soon. People say something, boss says something, husband or boyfriend says something, girlfriend or wife says something. Then people get offended. But you use your mind and you just think that, okay, in particular situation somebody will have said someone something. But you don't have to mind it. And you have to carry yourself and you respect yourself and you should be happy

I love this verb in you, the way you reciprocate to all my cells. I just love it. So never lose out on this energy just because someone else around is forming some kind of opinion about you or I'm telling this to the whole world out there, just don't let that spark dwindle. Don't let that energy die out just because someone else is forming a negative opinion about you. You were born to be happy. You were born to make it a bit for yourself
