How to get more out of you

This is pretty good enough because it keeps on reminding you whether you are feeling dehydrated from inside or not, because it can lead to brain fog and sometimes it can interfere with your cognitive abilities too. So keep yourself hydrated. Third is never skip on your exercise regimen

I really love this because most of the time people forget this. And definitely hydration is so very important and we miss out on the signs most of the time. Exercise, of course, and the sun, definitely, because vitamin D in our bodies is always lacking. So thank you so much for sharing all these beautiful tips with us. Bye
