Without that, I think you're merely going by the checklists that are provided by the society or your family members or your loved ones. If you're not going to spend at least an hour or even more in a day for yourself, you're not leaving life. Don't you think so?

Hello. Hi. I absolutely agree with what you said. And I remember hearing this line, which I am going to utter as well in a few seconds. And I had heard it when I was quite young. I was probably in middle school or something, but it has since then stuck with me. And that is, if you yourself aren't happy, you can't make others happy as well. And I think at the time when I heard it, it seemed sort of weird to me
Not your aging parents, your kids. You have to educate them. You have to make sure you've saved up for their colleges, saved up for their weddings and everything. And then after 40 is when your actual life starts. Now, being in my mid forty s, I lived life according to the same tenant. And I think it's the same for most of us around us. And after 40s, I'm like, okay, what do I want? What do I want with life?
