But I would say that even though you're 18 plus, only read these two books if you have a very strong mindset because you can go through the book one like key, stopping it and then doing it, reading it again, you can go through the first book. But once you start the second book, there are things in that that will break down your whole mind. You would not be able to think straight after that

And I would also recommend one thing that people who feel that such books lead to their depreciation must stop that book there and then and must realize that it is important for them to have a strong heart and a strong mind. But the people who can go along such books and identify their personalities to be strong and viable, that is a really great achievement
