I just wanted to talk today about forgiveness and grief, which is huge forgiveness, particularly just to ourselves, forgiving ourselves, and then dealing with the grief that we can't seem to let go of. And why is this? I looked it up, and in all the origins of the word, what it basically comes down to is a sense of heaviness and being buried
