I think it's important to hold leadership and organizations accountable to how each of these conversations trickle down into key strategies across people and culture. So you're looking at what this means in very visible, tangible ways across functions like recruitment and engagement and employee development and learning, engagement and thinking about how do we create and how do we create and support gender neutral policies across the board and all of that. Right

And I feel when we try to understand things and we try to take initiatives for some of the problems that are happening around, surely we'll find certain solution and the thing will be normalized. Until or unless we take steps to normalize things, it doesn't happen. So it really depends on how we take the situations and how do we turn them into a normalized one
