And what makes it a farmhouse BLT, according to this restaurant, is by the bread. It was toasted, chunky bread. Delicious. Pan toasted, pan seared. Anyway, and then the third sandwich that my friend had was a classic tuna salad, but on a chibata with arugula. And all of the sandwiches were quite delicious. At least my friends thought theirs were, and mine certainly was. And I will definitely go back for that kind of a patty melt. It was amazing
