General talk about breath, The Importance of grounding yourself..

So generally, I take a chin mudra, that is, with both my hands, using the index finger and the thumb, I make a mudra which I place on my lap. And then I close my eyes and focus on the center point between my eyebrows and gently breathe in and breathe out. So as we do this, one can sense how peaceful your mind becomes. I am deliberately speaking a little slowly so that I can generate peace as I speak. So have a good day

Apart from that, again, we have an explore option as well, where you will be able to find different different topics of different different genres, and you can engage in whatever topic you want to talk about. Plus, I will be also adding you.
