Right? To build trust, to build connection, you need to find the right target audience, market them correctly and just solve the problem. Solving problem is the key, as explained by you and as what I have observed and learned about sales, that just identifying the problem and marketing it to the person facing it can solve almost 50% of your sales perspective. The rest 50% depends on your communication skills and the way you can explain the problem to the customers that they are facing
