Hi, sue. My name is Chelsea. It's really nice to meet you on here. Thank you for all this encouragement. I have been pretty busy lately, and sometimes when that happens, those negative thought patterns come up, and I've been really trying to focus on the positive and giving myself grace, and and this was just a really great reminder to keep doing it.
