I'll make sure that I'm doing all that, and then I have to connect it, link it to the objective of my client. Okay, fine. Now, massive outsourcing career, I'm just outsourcing the content for them. What do they need? Why do they need it's? Their goal, right? So I need to link it with their goals, and then I'm going to create the deliverable for them after measuring it

ADDIE MODEL

So we need to create a course on communication. We understand them. Now why do they need them? What is their level? This all comes in analysis. Okay? Now next is your design. You design something and then what do you do? You take a prototype of it. Prototype is basically you just show your client. Okay, now this is what I'm going to do. This should be my learning approach

Now the prototype is coming back to you with the feedback. Now it is the implemented feedback design. And then you again send it to client and again client is sending you the feedback, then implementation, then development, and then evaluation. Every phase, every phase has continuous feedback. Whether you're preparing, whether it is the Iterative design, whether it is the implementation. So what is the three main things about this model? It is a design review revise, design review, revise
