Varanasi airport refutes charge after Congress claims Rahul Gandhi’s plane denied permission to land.
The Congress party leader Mr. Rice said that the airport authorities did not grant permission as they were under pressure and they used President Rapadi murmur's visit as an excuse. He said that Rahul Gandhi's flight was scheduled to land at Varanasi airport on Monday night but was deliberately not given permission. Rahul Gandhi was supposed to come here and then go to Pragyaraj but the airport authorities did not allow his plane to land because of pressure from the government
