Mental health as a college student living away from home

It just makes them more it kind of makes them feel like a failure, and it's not good for their mental health. So, yeah, if you see anyone struggling around you, the very basic thing as peers and friends and family we can do is give them a smile and tell them that they're doing a good job. That is all that is needed for that person to just feel better about themselves, because they have been trying so hard, and sometimes it's good to be appreciated

They could tell me things, I could tell them things that other people wouldn't tell them because people want to be nice or polite or some people just don't know what to say. But once you understand the other person, you'll be able to actually understand where they're coming from and then talk to them. So it's a wonderful bonding experience if you're able to do that. You make friends for life when you do life together in the early stages, once you're setting up

Finding a balance between your personal life and your professional life and learning how to do both. And I feel like this is like a very good situation that you are in, though it is difficult in the beginning. You start feeling homesick, you miss your parents, you miss your childhood friends, you miss everybody. You slowly learn to just adult on your own, right? You learn to do certain things by your own
